Welcome to ORObiz
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website (www.orobiz.net), and membership programs. By using ORObiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.ORObiz reserves all rights to modify, change or delete all or part of these Terms and Conditions with our without prior notice. All the users are required to be well aware of the Terms and Conditions of ORObiz.
Definitions
Key terms used in this agreement
"ORObiz"
refers to the business networking platform owned and operated by Nass Online Practise Pvt. Ltd.
"Company"
refers to Nass Online Practise Pvt. Ltd., the legal entity that owns and operates ORObiz.
"Member" or "Associate"
refers to an individual or business entity registered with ORObiz.
"Services"
include digital marketing, SEO, business networking, and other business enhancement solutions offered by ORObiz.
"Website"
refers to www.orobiz.net and all associated subdomains.
ORObiz Membership Eligibility
Requirements for joining ORObiz
Membership Requirements
- Membership is open to legally registered business owners, Entrepreneurs and Professionals.
- Only one member per business category is allowed in a group to ensure exclusivity.
- Existing members have the right to challenge the inclusion of a new member within their category.
- ORObiz reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications.

Fee structure and payment terms
Fee Structure
Annual Membership
INR 20,000 Including GST
Monthly Subscription
Based on the meeting expenses, divided among the Associates of the Division.
Payment Terms
- Non-payment of Renewal Fees and Subscription Fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- Renewal Fees to be remitted within the renewal date.
- A grace period of 15 days will be allowed for renewal.
- Subscription Fees to be paid within 5th of each month in advance.
Member Responsibilities
Expectations from ORObiz members
Active Participation
Members are expected to actively participate in networking meetings, events, and other ORObiz activities.
Business Collaboration
Members must provide business references and collaborate with fellow members.
Member Discounts
Members should offer reasonable discounts to businesses referred by other members.
Ethical Conduct
Any unethical business practices may lead to termination of membership.
ORObiz Activity Points System
Earn points through engagement and activities
Points Earning System
- 10,000 pts - Taking Membership
- 1,000 pts - Meeting attendance
- 500 pts - Meeting punctuality
- 200 pts - Adhering to dress code
- 500 pts - Business presentations
- 200 pts - Inviting new Business Owners to meeting
- 500 pts - Member Family visit
- 200 pts - Member Business Reference
- 500 pts - Member Business Ref. Conversion
- 200 pts - Member Business visit
- 2,000 pts - Payment of Subscription Fees
- 1,000 pts - Payment within 5th of every month
- 5,000 pts - Referring new members
- 100 pts - Website logins and activity per interaction
ORObiz Activity Points Deduction System
- Activity points of previous 12 months will only be considered. After 12th month, the first month points will be deducted, after 13th month the second month points will be deducted and so on.
- Absent in a meeting: -1,000 points
- Late Payment of Subscription Fees: -100 points per day
- Non-payment of Subscription Fees beyond 15th of the month: -100 points per day and Inactivation of login
- Non-payment of Subscription Fees beyond 30th of the month: -100 points per day, Inactivation of login and suspension of services
Use of ORObiz Services
Benefits included with membership
Social Media Handling
FREE of cost, with two posters and one graphic video of 30 to 60 seconds with background music per month. The posters and video should be provided by the Associate. If needed Company will provide these at the lowest cost possible.
Promotions
Two FREE paid promotion campaigns per month.
SEO Services
Free SEO for members' websites to enhance search visibility, for one year.
Additional Services
Any additional social media activities can be availed at a 50% discount on service charges.
Note: The contents like pics or photos, video clippings etc should be provided by the Member. Two edits or corrections will be Free, above which additional charges are applicable. Members may not misuse ORObiz services for illegal or unethical activities.

Bronze
Up to 30,000 pts
Silver Star
30,001-60,000
Gold Star
60,001-1,10,000
Platinum Star
1,10,001-2,10,000
Diamond Star
2,10,001+
Members earn points through networking, referrals, event participation, and other ORObiz activities. Higher ranks provide increased visibility, leadership opportunities, and exclusive benefits within ORObiz. Rankings are updated periodically based on accumulated points. ORObiz reserves the right to modify the ranking criteria as needed.
ORObiz Structure
Organizational hierarchy and levels
Division
Members from different categories, expected 10 to 50 members.
City
Five or more divisions within a revenue district.
State
Eight or more cities within a state.
Zone
Constituted by five or more states.
Nation
Constituted by two or more zones.
ORObiz Leaders Levels and Opportunities
Leadership benefits and terms
Leaders are selected from members based on their activity points. Each office term lasts for six months.
Division Head
Pays only 50% of the monthly subscription during their term.
City Head
Pays only 50% of the monthly subscription during their term.
State Head
No monthly subscription, receives travel allowance for meetings outside their home city.
Zonal Head
No monthly subscription, receives travel and accommodation allowance for meetings outside their home city.
National Head
No monthly subscription, receives travel and accommodation allowance for meetings outside their home city.
Honouring Members' Family Achievements
Recognition for family accomplishments
ORObiz recognizes and honours the achievements of members' children, grandchildren, and spouses in academics and other fields.
- Honours will be presented during official ORObiz meetings or special functions.
- Members must submit details of the achievement along with supporting documents for verification.
- Achievements include academic excellence, sports, arts, innovation, or any notable accomplishment.
- ORObiz reserves the right to approve or decline any nomination based on merit and relevance.
- Honours are purely for recognition and do not carry any monetary reward.
- Members must ensure that the achievements submitted are genuine and not misrepresented.
The decision of ORObiz in granting honours will be final and binding.
Termination of ORObiz Membership
Conditions for membership termination
Violations
Membership may be terminated for violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or inactivity.
Voluntary Withdrawal
Members may voluntarily withdraw but will not be entitled to refunds.
Company Rights
ORObiz reserves the right to terminate any membership without prior notice if the member engages in misconduct.
ORObiz Refund Policy
Our refund and termination policies
Membership Fees
Non-refundable once processed.
Partial Refund
50% may be considered if a member withdraws within seven days of payment.
Subscription Fees
Non-refundable once paid.
Membership Transfer
Membership can be carried over to legal heirs.
Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

Important Notes
- No Members, Associates, Heads, or any other rank within ORObiz shall have any right, authority, or entitlement in the management, decision-making, Director Board, ownership, or any other powers of the Company or ORObiz.
- All rights and powers shall solely rest with the duly authorized management and the registered Directors of the Company.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
